Shipping & returns
Where we ship
We pack in Colorado and ship to all 50 states. Colorado customers can choose local pickup once checkout is connected.
Processing & transit
Most orders leave our facility within two business days. Sterile grain and substrate are made to order and ship in insulated, filter-protected packaging.
Damaged or contaminated arrivals
Photograph the package and contact support within 7 days of delivery. Any bag arriving contaminated, punctured or crushed is replaced at no cost.
Returns
Unopened, non-perishable equipment such as tubs, microscopes and tools can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Sterile, perishable and opened consumables are non-returnable for contamination-control reasons.
